  1. Features and uses of shielded control cable products:

This product is suitable for connecting wires of electrical instruments with an AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below, and for transmission lines of automatic control systems. It has excellent properties such as oil resistance, waterproofness, wear resistance, resistance to acids and alkalis, various corrosive gases, aging resistance, and non-combustibility. It is suitable for metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical and other industries.

  1. Product implementation standards

Q/HHTZH004.1

Flame retardant and fire resistance test is carried out in accordance with GB12666-90 standard

3: Usage characteristics

  1. AC Rated Voltage: U0/U450/750kV
  2. Operating Temperature: Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (F46) insulation not exceeding 200°C

Soluble Polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation not exceeding 260°C

  1. Ambient Temperature: PVC sheath: -40°C for fixed installation, -15°C for non-fixed installation

Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheath: -60°C for fixed installation, -20°C for non-fixed installation

  1. The temperature during cable installation should be no lower than 0°C (no lower than -25°C for fluoroplastic, silicone rubber and nitrile sheathed cables).
  2. Allowable cable bend radius: 6 times the cable's outer diameter for unarmored cables; 12 times the cable's outer diameter for copper-tape shielded or steel-tape armored cables; 8 times the cable's outer diameter for fluoroplastic-insulated and sheathed cables.
